Elizabeth Bishop

I fell in love with the Pacific Northwest when I was nine and decided that mountains and sea made for a magical place. Many Navy moves later, I returned with a toddler in tow and settled to raise him amongst the creatures of the forests, lakes, mountains, and sea.

Our family has moved multiple times with my Navy dad – of whom I am very proud – and that has given me a unique and genuine empathy for people. My understanding is the result of experience and I am protective of my clients. Real Estate can be a tough business, but I have never allowed competition to surpass compassion. Even when doing the heavy lifting, I maintain my optimism and sense of humor.

My family and I love the outdoors and get out into the woods or onto the water whenever possible and don’t be surprised when you see my kayak on the roof of my car during the summer months. I am also a musician, actor, writer, gardener, amateur woodworking enthusiast, an avid reader, and have a BA in English from the University of Houston, Clear Lake.

I am also a pushover when it comes to animals and foster for the Humane Society of Skagit Valley. (Bottle feeding kittens is a good excuse to watch PBS Masterpiece, Jane Austen adaptations, and moody/atmospheric UK crime shows.) I contend that keeping only two out of thirty-three fostered kittens is a success – but do not be surprised if I attempt to get you set up with a pet or five. However, if you have pets, please show me pictures and tell me all about them!

I look forward to meeting you!
